This policy describes how Ilies Allali (“Patchou”, “we”, “us”) handles data in relation to the Framer plugins CMS Searchbar and Page Translator, and the website patchou.cloud.

What we collect

When you purchase a Pro license through Polar, they collect your name, email, and payment information. We receive your email and license key to activate your purchase. We do not store payment details.

Plugin analytics

Our plugins use PostHog to collect anonymous usage events (plugin opened, steps viewed, translation started, etc.). This helps us understand how the plugins are used and where to improve them.

• No personal data or project content is collected
• No session recordings
• No autocapture
• Data is stored on PostHog’s US infrastructure

We do not collect, store, or process any content from your Framer projects. The plugins do not send your designs, text, or CMS data to our servers.

Cookies

patchou.cloud does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Polar may set cookies during checkout on their domain.

Third parties

• Polar processes payments and manages licenses. Their privacy policy applies to checkout: polar.sh/legal/privacy
• Framer hosts the plugin runtime. Their privacy policy applies to your use of Framer.

Data retention

We retain your email and license key for as long as your license is active, to provide support and validate activations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
